Digital Die Cutting Bring Your Ideas to Life

Cushing's fully automated digital cutting system can create custom cutouts of almost any size and shape. Our Zund Digital Die Cutter allows you to apply CNC routing and cutting technology to your one of a kind signage and display projects. Now you can get creative and apply real out-of-the-box thinking to your next project. Speaking of boxes, print your packaging design with us on flat corrugated cardboard then crease and cut it to make your final prototype. Avoid the costly setup fees for custom dies and digitally crease, perforate and shape a multitude of specialty materials as you need them.

What's Required to Go Digital?

You can create die lines to communicate where the machine needs to cut, score or perforate your media. This is easily accomplished in either in Adobe® Illustrator® or Adobe® Photoshop®. You may add a cut path to your image file in Illustrator or use an alpha channel in Photoshop.

When we receive your file, we'll process it through software that will add the special marks needed for our equipment to make the precision cuts.
