Giclee Printing

Professional Art Prints

Giclee (pronounced "zhee-clay) are fine art prints derived from a process invented in the late 1980s producing archive-quality, ink-jet prints used by professional artists, photographers and interior designers in galleries, corporate offices, private residences and other architectural settings.

Expert Process

The Giclee process begins with an extremely high-quality, digitally scanned image. Cushing's Cruse camera digital scanner, unlike most digital single capture camera systems, slowly sweeps the original line by line to capture color, tone and textural subtleties. Tight color management, including printing proofs, insures color fidelity and accuracy. Fine, pigmented inks tested for archival properties combine with a selection of fine art papers and canvases to produce prints of exceptional quality.
