Cushing Receives Better Business Bureau 2018 Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics

Chicago, Illinois – Cushing, a displays graphics firm, today announced they have received the Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics. The Better Business Bureau (BBB) Torch Award honors businesses which uphold their mission and believe in the high standards promoted by the BBB.

Cushing won the 2018 Torch Award For Marketplace Ethics for companies with 10 – 99 employees. The award was presented at a luncheon ceremony on Thursday, November 1st, at the Hilton Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center.

Despite starting one month before the stock market crash of 1929, the company found success supplying blueprints to the (AEC) architecture, construction and engineering industries. Today, the display graphics firm is designated as a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) and works with a variety of businesses.
