We hope you’re enjoying the last days of the summer. With all that’s happening around Cushing (and Chicagoland), we started thinking about ways to keep you informed. We love writing informational blog posts and spotlighting our amazing clients. We know there are times you don’t have the time to read it all!
So we came up with a new column called From the Flatbed…
Rotating from once a week to once a month, you’ll see a couple of new projects, meet members of the team (in action!) and walk away with ideas that can help your business. It might come from me, our new marketing coordinator (Meet Catie Duffy) or another member of the team.

Did You Get Your Invite to the Folding Party?
We all pitch in when we can and here is a shot of Will and Sarah working together to glue and fold a quick turn project!
Lunch & Learn (and Earn Credit!)
The team teaches a wall decor course which covers trends, applications and which organizations are adopting wall graphics and custom wallcoverings. Here we are at STL Architects in downtown Chicago. We also visited Wight & Company!
Social Butterfly
Our marketing department attended a social media meet up through Choose Chicago. Lots of information on using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter … Yada Yada Yada (no, not another new social media platform, but a Seinfeld reference.)
Leaf it to the Cushing Team
We added a new spotlight on Be Leaf Salad to our portfolio. You can also see additional installations and maybe get an idea or two in our growing recent client projects gallery.
Da’ Photo of the Year
We took da’ photo in da’ conference room with da’ members of staff who wore da’ bears apparel to work. Nice way to kick off da’ season, right?
