My first Customer Service Week, when Joe was giving speeches and awarding employees for their hard work. I’ve never worked with a company who did anything like that before, and it was really nice to see how management recognizes their employees.

Most likely to randomly sing out loud to the radio.

I like a really eclectic mix of music: Bruce Springsteen, Chance the Rapper and Seu Jorge are a few of my favorites.

Dressing the same as another/ multiple employees without planning it.

Creating something new each day.
