Cushing’s Controller is a natural leader who knows how to motivate her staff. Theresa is not all work and no play, though! When she isn’t busy crunching numbers or keeping everyone’s budgets in line, you can find her at the beach or having a cocktail in the John Hancock Center.
What is your favorite part of working at Cushing?
My favorite part of working at Cushing is being in sync with my staff because they are all independent and works with minimal supervision. Thanks to Cathie, Joe and Brian for giving me their carte blanche trust allowing me to put together my current department and because of that I have a staff that works autonomously yet supportive of each other when needed.
What are your top three favorite movies?
Describe your most memorable Cushing experience.
My most memorable time would have been my first two years at Cushing. It was the time where I mustered all my patience and energy to put together the staff and the system (automation, schedule and practices) that I have now.
What is your favorite type of music?
Oh my! My playlist is all over the place but the top 5 would be Adam Levine, Bruno Mars, John Mayer, Enrique Iglesias, Il Divo
