- About Cushing
Scout Exchange is a software company that connects employers with search firm(s) and third-party recruiters to fill open jobs.
They are the world’s largest search firm management tool and online recruitment marketplace.
Scout Exchange fills jobs faster by using powerful, performance-based data to connect the best recruiters to fill jobs in every niche and specialty.
Anna Badowski, Marketing Associate, started with Scout Exchange in 2016. When the company changed locations earlier this year, Badowski wanted to make the new space their own.
Badowski searched the web and decided to partner with Cushing because of our “impressive portfolio,” and we also printed environmental graphics for the prior tenants!
Sales Representative, Valerie Solver, partnered with Scout Exchange to unleash creative ideas and bring this office branding project to life. As visitors enter the space, a wall graphic of the company logo pops out to guests.
Scout Exchange’s happy customers are recognized with acrylic signs displayed throughout the space.
In addition to including Scout Exchange’s logo and brand colors throughout the office, a word wall graphic in the kitchen, reaffirms the company’s core values.
Vinyl cut lettering, installed above conference room doors, lifts spirits with fun names like Kennel Club, Paw Place, and Mutt Hutt.
When a graphic was not adhering to a textured wall, Cushing realized the issue early on. We printed and installed a new graphic, using a different material, without having to worry the client.
“The Cushing team was unbelievably responsive. The flow of communication between their teams was organized, and if I had any last-minute questions or needed someone to go to the office for a quote, they responded immediately. Even during the holiday season I was provided with assistance and urgency. Working with Cushing made my job go more smoothly, and Valerie was great!”
In January, the Scout Exchange team moved into their new digs and graphics made the space feel like home.
Let’s discuss your next project.
