Whole Lotta’ Yum

Epic Kitchens is a multi-brand digital foodhall.

They operate four brands in four different food categories and allow customers to order from all brands on one order via Dine-In, Takeout, & Delivery.

Hungry Team

William Dossche has been part of their growth from the beginning. He leads business efforts for the two-year old start-up, which recently opened their first Windy City location in Lakeview.

Prior to opening the doors, they were thinking strategically about the storefront. How could they generate awareness and new subscribers during construction?

A mix of business window decals and signage.
“With the opening of a new restaurant, we wanted to get the neighborhood excited and knew using graphics would help us get the word out.”

From website search engines to networking events, customers find our team in a variety of ways. After a positive referral from their real estate broker at Metro Brokers, Epic Kitchens connected with Cushing.

Soon after they knew they found the right company to manage their project needs. In fact, it was an easy decision. When we asked William how he was able to get consensus to move forward on the installation quick turnaround and responsiveness played a key role.

“Cushing moved quickly to get us the quotes and the design work to match our needs.” he says.

Many Moving Parts

When it comes to large graphics projects, the ability to pivot is necessary. When the Epic team wrestled with an updated timeline of openings, customer service was ready to roll, adding in social media handles and QR codes to final designs.

“Cushing managed everything with no problems and accommodated any changes we made.” says William.

Did you know QR codes are experiencing a marketing renaissance? The NY Times recently covered this phenomenon. You can use this one to see all the latest Cushing projects. Just scan with your phone.

They are a cost-effective strategy to get potential customers to engage in your brand. See a larger image of Epic Kitchen’s graphics with QR codes and social media icons:

Appetizing App

By adding QR codes to their window graphics, Epic Kitchens made connections with customers BEFORE the doors opened.

“We received plenty of pre downloads of our app due to the signage we were able display in the windows.” reflects William.

Consider the power of this interactive medium for your next campaign! QR codes can also be used in direct mailer, brochures or wall graphics too!
