The first day of Customer Service Week 2023 was Daaa Sports! We asked that everyone come dressed to represent their favorite Chicago sports team or player. We also played a few rounds of Pin-the-Glasses-on-Harry-Caray!
Rubab even dresses as our very own David Parkes! Did you know David’s an actor?! You may have seen him on Chicago Med or caught him in a play at Timeline Theatre!
From the St. Patrick’s Day Parade to Lollapalooza, the Air & Water Show, and everything in between, Chicago events were very well represented!
Finally we made it to Friday, a freestyle day where we could come as anything that had anything to do with Chicago!
Great turn out with appearances from The Field Museum, El Milagro tortillas, Chicago pizza, the Cubs, and more!
We celebrated anniversaries and handed out awards at our block party-themed party. Employees are recognized for going the extra mile and working hard every day throughout the year.
Winners of rookie of the year are new team members who have made an impact! 2023 brought us quite a few new coworkers, so this was a tough race!
The late Mike Duff was a Cushing leader who was always anticipating the next customer need. Not only passionate about new technology, he was creative about developing new uses for equipment already on the shop floor – and extremely enthusiastic about customer service. (He was also a lover of bonsai trees!)
