Briefly describe your day-to-day duties.

Interact with customers, answer their questions and concerns, process customers’ orders, take on inventory and make sure there is enough material in stock.

What is your favorite video game / board game?

I like to play Mortal Kombat

I would say Artist and it would be El Alfa

What hobbies do you have that help you stay productive outside of work?

I like to go shopping, exercising, and cooking

Describe your perfect Saturday.

Waking up, making breakfast and eating it on the couch while watching Friends, How I met your Mother or a movie.

What’s your favorite thing to produce / or see being produced in the shop?

My favorite thing is the laser machine and how it is being produced. I am curious what other things we can do with the laser machine!

What made you choose your field for your current career?

I chose customer service because I get to work on my communication skills and learn about customers’ businesses. Also because I get to learn a lot about each material and see how it is being used on production.

What’s something you’ve learned since joining the Cushing team?

I’ve learned that you are never alone when it comes to working on an order or anything in general. If you ever have doubts or concerns about something, it’s better to ask than to just stay quiet. There is always an answer to everything and at the end of the day the job will be done.
