Quick Quote Guide: Small Format Digital Printing

Please note that size, paper choice, folding options, and other factors influence our pricing. Prices listed for each item below are for the size and stock specified, to give you an idea of our pricing.

Assuming print ready files are provided with a standard turn times, picked up here or delivery charged extra, the following estimated pricing is reliable.

Slight variations from these sizes quantities, and paper choices will change the price but typically not significantly.

Please note that we have a $35 minimum for all orders.

Turn Time

Typical turn time for digital offset runs are 2-3 days after approval of proofs (or receipt of a print ready file if no proof is required) and a well-written work order has been generated by both the client and Cushing operator.

Flyers

For quick quoting purposes, we have identified a flyer as an 8 ½ x 11 document

  • 80# matte text paper
  • Printed with color on two sides, (4/4)
Business Cards

For quick quoting purposes, we have identified a business card as a 3 ½ x 2 document

  • 130# matte uncoated cover paper
  • No Folds
  • Printed in color on both sides (4/4)
Post Cards

For quick quoting purposes, we have identified a post card as a 5 x 7 document

  • 100# matte cover paper
  • No Folds
  • Printed in color on both sides (4/4)
Tri-fold Brochures

For quick quoting purposes, we have identified a tri-fold brochure as an 8 ½ x 11 (flat) document

  • 80# matte cover paper
  • Finished (folded) size: 3.6 x 8.5
  • Printed with color on two sides, (4/4)

Stocked Materials

We keep these papers stocked in-house and can purchase any compatible stock that works on our Indigo or Konica Minolta C6085 press. We will pass along the cost of media and shipping with a small markup upon your request.

Need help deciding which paper is right for your project?
  • 100# matte or gloss cover are common cardstock choices
  • 80# matte or gloss text are regularly selected for flyers or interior pages of books
Lamination is not included in any costs on this page, but can be added to you project for an additional fee.
Specialty Finishing

We DO NOT emboss, spot varnish, UV coat or foil stamp in house. We work with partners who can assist with these specialty requests if your project requires them.

Because of this, it will take longer to generate a quote for requests including specialty finishes. Please keep in mind that these projects will take more time  to complete.
