Bloggers Hanging It Up?
There is an interesting article in Crain’s Chicago business this week about the demise of blogging – not enough bang for the buck, lots of effort for little (?) feedback, the absence of anything really interesting to say. I’ll drink to all of those observations!
But what I have learned since starting to read/write “blog” is that there are all sorts of posters – bloggers who post six times a day, those to write daily musings, companies with weekly bulletins on blogs, and individuals who post rather erratically – maybe six times in one month, maybe skipping a month, sometimes daily (this last sort would be me).
I want to share observations about what it going on in our industry, market and company with visitors, and that doesn’t mean there is something to impart daily. But things are changing so rapidly in the world of document distribution and management and in the world of information distribution that there will probably always be something worth noting. It will never be a diary, but I hope that it will be interesting. Hope you agree!
